Making Work Work – for Midlothian Mums

Are you a mum in Midlothian looking to return to work? Or have you returned to work that is below your skills, aspirations and earning potential?

Making Work Work – for Midlothian Mums builds on the success of The Challenges Group’s award-winning programme, Making Work Work – for Women Returners, to support mums in Midlothian to get into work that works around their families, commitments and lifestyles.

Making Work Work – for Midlothian Mums is run by the Making Work Work team, who have already helped over 150 Scottish women to transition into and towards work that works following a career break. Making Work Work programmes are managed by Lynn Houmdi, Scotland's Flex Influencer 2022. We are delighted to have successfully won funding from Midlothian Council to support Mums in Midlothian in 2023.
