Practical AI, data and leadership skills for a future-ready workforce

Are you looking to develop employees with the skills and confidence to lead the responsible adoption of AI, improve performance and support organisational change?

Designed for employers recruiting or developing talent for roles paying £30,000+, this 15-week programme combines practical AI capability with leadership and management development.

Working with you, we'll tailor the programme to reflect your organisation's priorities, helping your employees apply their learning to real workplace challenges.

Delivered by the Challenges Group in partnership with 17 points, the programme requires no coding or technical background.
