What is JobFit?

JobFit is a fully funded workforce development and recruitment service, managed by Capital City Partnership. It connects employers with the right talent while helping individuals gain the skills, experience, and confidence they need to succeed.

The Challenges Group is an approved delivery partner under the JobFit Framework. Using JobFit funding, we work closely with employers and individuals to create training and employment pathways that respond to real workforce needs.

What does JobFit offer?

JobFit offers funding for several advanced-level courses and training opportunities at The Challenges Group.

Advanced level courses: Unlock Data and AI. Manage with Purpose

Participants complete two connected areas of learning:

Unlock Data and AI Presented by 17 points: Generative AI, data literacy, no-code tools, workflow automation and data visualisation, applied to productivity, decisions and problem-solving with responsible use, ethics and governance.

Managing with Purpose Presented by the Challenges Group: Objective-setting, communication, individual and team performance, reflective practice, project delivery, professional development and leading people through change.

How it works

1. Understanding your needs

We work closely with employers to understand recruitment and training requirements, whether that involves filling vacancies, addressing skills shortages, or supporting staff development into promoted posts.

2. Training and upskilling

We support employers in referring existing staff or accessing new candidates for relevant training programmes, advanced- level courses.

3. Job-ready results

Participants complete their training and gain the skills, qualifications, and confidence needed to support business growth and career progression.
